Creating my own UDL was a great
experience. I used the textbooks and many internet sources in order to create a
plan as well as use sources for my UDL. The lesson plan formation experience
was something completely new for me; it makes me want to create something like
a UDL for my college physical education students. The creation makes you really
think about all types of students and the different capacities in which they
learn. I used many different websites to
use as resources in my lesson plan, I believe this better connects with
students and allows them to build upon their previous technology knowledge as
well as further that knowledge.
Teaching with technology goes along
way with this generation of student. It seems everyone wants do things online
or with the newest gadget. We as educators need to understand how technology works
and find ways to incorporate into the classroom to keep our students engaged
and motivated.
